This class is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury, and flush unwanted toxins. The series is designed to restore health, strength, and flexibility to every muscle, joint, bone, tendon, gland, and organ of your body. Two sets of each posture are performed in this class

Bikram 75 | 75 min | All Levels | 105º-107º

This class is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury, and flush unwanted toxins. The series is designed to restore health, strength, and flexibility to every muscle, joint, bone, tendon, gland, and organ of your body. Same sequence as the 60 minutes, but with a few longer holds.

Hot Vinyasa I 60 min I All Levels I 101º-103º

This class is a moving meditation! Hot Vinyasa is a challenging, flowing form of yoga that will tone your body and relax your mind. We flow from pose to pose utilizing the principles of alignment, awareness and breath. No two classes are the same as every teacher brings something unique to their sequencing. Come with an adventurous attitude, ready to sweat, be challenged and have fun!. Each class comes with a curated and unique playlist that allows you to get out of your head and drop into your soul.

Hot Room Fusion I 60 min I All Levels I 105º-107º

This class is a combination of traditional Bikram and Vinyasa postures combined in a set sequence for 60 Min. The class format allows students to choose the variation of posture they will take within the set sequence. HRF includes hip and shoulder openers, core and leg work with plenty of modifications making it accessible to everyone. This class gives you a stellar blend of flexibility, balance and strength. Fun and intense all at the same time! HRF is practiced with our stellar playlists.

Bikram Beats I 60 min I Advanced Levels I 105º-107º

Bikram sequence but WITHOUT verbal instruction. Instead the teacher practices with the students with music playing in the background. You MUST have a consistent Bikram practice at THE HOT ROOM and PERMISSION from Rebekah before you attend. Do not sign up online for this class until you have been invited to attend. NOT AVAILABLE to first time students or students on an intro or class package at The Hot Room. The teacher reserves the right to turn students away if they do not meet this criteria.  Not for beginners!

Hot Pilates 45 I 45 min I All Levels I 101º-103º

A mat-based class combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) focused on various Pilates positions. Pilates props like wheels, bands and weights may be utilized. This type of work-out is made to improve your glucose metabolism, burn more fat, increase your endurance and build strength.

Hot Power Vinyasa 45 | 45 minutes | All levels | 101º -103º

This is the same practice experience as our Hot Vinyasa, but with an extra kick! We move faster and incorporate more power yoga movements within the moving meditation. Get the same yoga glow you come to class for, but all in a powerful 45 minute practice.

Private Sessions | All Levels

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga sequence and poses are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the true power of yoga.
