Hot Vinyasa I 60 min I All Levels I Approximately 102º Room TempThis class is a challenging and flowing form of yoga that will tone your body, and relax your mind. Students flow from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness and breath. No two classes are the same as every teacher brings something unique to their sequencing. Hot Room Fusion I 60 min I All Levels I Approximately 105º Room TempThis class is a combination of traditional Bikram and Vinyasa postures combined in a set sequence for 60 Min. The class format allows students to chose the variation of posture they will take within the set sequence There’s lot’s of choices between both styles! HRF includes hip and shoulder openers, core and leg work with plenty of modifications making it accessible to everyone. This class gives you a stellar blend of flexibility, balance and strength. Fun and intense all at the same time! HRF is practiced in a hot room with music.
Bikram Music I 60 min I Advanced Levels I Approximately 105º Room TempSame series as our Hot Yoga class but WITHOUT verbal instruction. Instead the teacher practices with the students with music playing in the background. Advanced variations are allowed. You should have a consistent Bikram practice and at least five Bikram classes at THE HOT ROOM before you attend. NOT AVAILABLE to first time students of The Hot Room. The teacher reserves the right to turn students away if they do not meet this criteria. 60 Min, 105 temp. Not for beginners!
Hot Pilates I 60 min I All Levels I Approximately 100º Room TempA mat-based class combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) focused on various Pilates positions. This type of work-out is made to improve your glucose metabolism, burn more fat, increase your endurance and build strength. This is a high heated class (96-100 degrees) Your entire core, glutes, and upper body will receive special attention. This energetic class is paired up with up-beat music to keep you motivated. Not to mention health and flexibility of the spine to train your muscles to work together; which will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.
Yin Yoga I 75 min I All Levels I Approximately 95º Room TempThis style of yoga takes a slower paced approach, applying long holds of the yoga posture. Long holds of stillness in the postures creates a calming effect of the central nervous system and works deeply into the fascia of the body, releasing tension.
Private Sessions | All LevelsTraditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga sequence and poses are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the true power of yoga.
